Note 9 Screen replacement help

Dear Support,

Recently my note 9 screen got broke and I want to exchange it with new one, could you please assist me in exchanging my screen with new one being a Samsung premium user holding already S10+ and Note 9, I wish Samsung would help me replacing my screen with the new one with any possibel discount or some price reduction in Note 9 screen.

Samsung can check my history of buying Samsung premium products.

no discount...you have to pay for that according to Samsung policy...accidental damage not covered under warranty or insurance....(note...Samsung replace display as free under warranty if some devices suffer 👉display burn in issue, oleophobic coating rapture issue,display connector plug in issue).accidental damage or water damage can't possess free replacement

over android display, a thin coating is there which helps to repell water or fingerprint easily ..this coating remove after long usage or by rub display regularly with rough cloth, cleaning display with alcohol contain material..

for damaged and broken product no exchange.. You have to pay for the part cost .. only thing can be done is No labour charge over replacement.

at present premium devices could charge you back panel cost also while replacement of Display unit .. remember it .. not in just samsung scene but for almost all premium devices available in market
