Galaxy NoteCan't update this app while the Blue light filter is running. Turn off the filter to continue". but my Blue light is Off. any suggestions?

Galaxy Note- Kindly go to settings >> General management >> Reset >> Reset settings.
- Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
- Check Samsung pay update from Samsung pay>>3 dot>>settings>>About Samsung pay or Galaxy app store.
