Galaxy NoteI had followed all steps provided by Samsung on my Note 9 (including the safe mode method), but nothing worked. Due to the current Lockdown, I didn't even feel comfortable to approach the service centre. I was eagerly waiting for Samsung's new update (2.1) to be released & hoped that this update will fix the screen discoloration. However, today when i finally updated the software to UI Version 2.1 (Android security patch level 01 June 2020), the green screen issue still persists on my Note 9. I am quite annoyed with Samsung not being able to provide a solution to their so called premium model phone.
As of now, the display is worse than a 100$ phone available in the market. Didn't expect this from Samsung. I hope Samsung is listening to all the users who have invested considerable amount to buy this phone. Please........ we need an immediate solution to solve the display issue.

Discoloration issue is due to updates from Samsung or mishandling of phone itself?
I want to hear from end users.
I'm not convinced with the Customer Support reply. In India this display replacement will cost nearly 20 thousand rupees. We can actually buy a new phone. Because what if again this problem occurs again, after replacement 🙂 In fact it can happen to new phone also 😉
Service Centre staff keep suggesting to bring it to their centre they want to check physical damage. With Electronics goods anything can happen anytime... Over and above they want to do trial and error at our cost. I feel something fishy around this incidence.

Galaxy NoteMy phone is the same straight after my most recent software update that I was prompted by Samsung to do. Nothing else did it but the update and it is driving me crazy. The screen is so pale and blurry, discolored and has a yellow tinge. All my photos seem the same that I have recently taken. They have a gaze covering them.
What is Samsung going to do as they are completely responsible?
A little too close to the Note20 release. No, I do not need or want a new phone.
Samsung please reply with a suitable solution you are going to give us thousands of customers who have this issue.

Galaxy NoteCan we form a group and jointly file a complaint in consumer forum. It's our hard-earned money and we cannot suffer like this.
My Note9 had a similar issue.
