The UI freezes when the device storage is low. Hard reset your phone by tapping the power button and volume down at once for at least 8 second to open boot menu a, use volume key to navigate and power button to select the hard factory resest. Otherwise you have hard update your software from the near samsung care.

Power button and volume down pe try Kiya but not worked for my device.

Then you need a hard software update the whole firware of your device need to be changed. Visit the nearby samsung service centre.

Try connecting your device with smartswitch and go into recovery. If nothing works, go to service center as your mobile has got soft brick
