Note 8 hanging problem

why does the note 8 hangs and then crashes. it takes about 15-20 mins to restart even if I try to force start it with different button combinations.
there is some problem with the dialer because its the second time I had this issue in a month.

can't provide a video because the phone freezes/hangs completely

If you are using a MicroSD card, remove it and try using without the card for few days and check if it still hangs.

I am not using a SD card, and the phone memory is almost free except for the OS installed. I haven't even saved any songs or videos or anything in the phone yet.

Even i face this issue it completely freezes. Even facotry reset doesnt work.
