Note 20 ultra is 5g but not working with jio true 5g

My area is having jio 5g but it says even if note 20 ultra is 5g phone it does not support jio true 5g. Phone is updated on latest version but still its not working. Please provide solution, ASAP

Just port your jio sim tp airtel and use 5g until you get samsung SA update. When you get update return to jio.
