Note 20 ultra is 5g but not working with jio true 5g

My area is having jio 5g but it says even if note 20 ultra is 5g phone it does not support jio true 5g. Phone is updated on latest version but still its not working. Please provide solution, ASAP

They told me today that they are working on it and will soon release 5g update for Jio. Hope they deliver on this.

Keeping Fingers crossed ...sansung launched note 20 ultra with quiet a pomp and show showcasing as one of the few firsts in the market to launch 5g ready phone at the time of launch ...& priced it quiet high ...bought it at inauguration & prebooked it in 2020...quiet disheartening now that it is not supporting jio 5g...myself recently shifted to jio network using number portability with anticipation to use 5g services ...but alas ...hurt to learn that note 20 ultra isn't supporting jio 5g true network fir the time being
