Samsung openly cheating with customers, they have send a confirmation mail to me "after update your phone you will able to use 5G" but this software update is security patch update. They are making fool, misleading, misguiding to customer.
Where is the 5G in note 20 ultra and when will we able to use the services this is a million dollar question 🤔

You think we have not checked these basic things....still it's showing in jio website your phone is not supporting 5G..how much samsung paying to you to cover this type of issue..? If 5G service not available in my city then why I have that much of curiosity to use it..? Under budget smart phone they are using true 5G and we have SAMSUNG FLAGSHIP PHONE and we don't have rights to use it...do you have any answer ? Can you please tell me the model name of your device!
I hve Note 20 Ultra ftom Today my phone getting 5g Jio Support. I just inserted sim of Airtel for checking 5g Working or not. After that I reinsert jio sim and now it's working 5g mode.
