Note 20 Ultra Rattling Sound

Owning a 1000$ phone and getting to hear that rattling sound is really annoying! I don't understand samsung can't just fix that with an softwate update since you don't hear it once the camera app is open. If am wrong, can someone explain why it can't be done?

My 1 week old note 20 ultra  rattles more easily and louder than my wife's  3-month old note ultra. No shake needed, I hear the camera module shift just by lifting my phone. If I shake it front to back, I could actually feel it clicking, similar to a light haptic vibration. Camera on, no clicking sound. Wife's phone rattles very slightly. I wouldnt have noticed it if I didnt know of the issue.  Wouldn't the telephoto lens become misaligned or even come loose with it constantly sliding from normal use?

Hello sir, absolutley the same issue/experience on my end. Noice from camera is constant on the lowest possible movment of the phone (just lifting or even movig the head while talking). This entierly breks the filing about the device. Rattle from forced movment of the phone is fine, this type of it absolutley isn't. Did you receive any progress or device replacement over the issue?

Hearing this slight rattling sound is normal - it's the camera lens. However, if you continue to shake the device you may misalign the camera.

But if we are using our Phones to take calls and picking it up wont this be even more movement and rattling of the camera. Causing more shaking of this lens leading to damage? Its concerning and I and my wife have always had Samsung devices throughout the years with no where near this much concern in use.

• I discovered this when I bought the Samsung S2 when I turned on the vibartion mode, I heard an unfamiliar sound and it was discovered that the sound was coming from the lens hitting the camera glass At that time I returned it and will replace it with a Note The camera sound was less annoying All Samsung devices I bought It has the same defect Note 4 Note 5 Note 6 Note 8 Note 9 Note 20 Some of them were making sound when moving the phone with great force and that was fine. As for the Note 20, the sound of the camera moves without the need for any force, it moves as soon as you put it on your ear and walk lol, I think it's time to ditch Samsung

I Just Bought Note 20 Ultra and got confused with the Rattling Noise, and i read all the above comments saying it is normal but I’m hearing this Annoying noise also when I’m moving the mobile No one can say it is Normal,

Same time I visit to 2, 3 mobile shops (Where all I checked before buy the mobile) to re-check the display phone and there are no noise coming from those Displayed Note20Ultra Mobiles, I feel there are issues in this mobile, even I didn’t start to use the phone, I just bought it (Almost 1000$) and getting this kind of issue is making me bad about Samsung, (Hope Samsung will provide  Solution for this, if not this is the time to say good bye for Samsung mobiles)

The sound may be totally normal due to the multiple lenses. 

This issue might be from the autofocus or image stabilization, please try to clear the cache.

Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

If the issue in not fixed, then it might be technical, kindly visit one of our authorized service centers to examine your device in order to identify the issue and fix it for you.
