Note 20 Ultra Rattling Sound

Owning a 1000$ phone and getting to hear that rattling sound is really annoying! I don't understand samsung can't just fix that with an softwate update since you don't hear it once the camera app is open. If am wrong, can someone explain why it can't be done?

Don't worry. Camera lenses for devices with OIS and autofocus is designed in a way that it can freely move with the help of electro magnets. While the camera not in use these electro magnets won't work and the camera lens can move its own while you shake. That's the reason for the noise.

yes, i do understand that! but my doubt was why couldn't samsung fix it with an software update? like...make it always fixed!

Why should somebody find a fix for something which is not at all a fault?
The fix for this issue is powering the elecromagents 24 X 7 thereby limiting the free movement of lens.
But why we need to exert extra pressure on the battery for something not worthy?

The sound you are hearing is totally normal - it's actually because the device lenses are flexible to give you better image quality. 

However, excessive shaking or throwing of the phone will make it worse.

You can always get your device checked at the nearest Samsung Service Center if you have any doubt.

this is not a faulty unit, the sound you are hearing is the priscope camera (zoom camera) priscope camera need that space for the part to move when u take a shot, so when u shake ur device that rattling sound will come.

If you are hearing rattling sound when shaking the device, then it is normal because it is due to the mechanism of auto focus in the camera of the phone. So a tip would be: don't shake the device violently and don't worry about the sound - it's totally normal.
