Note 20 Ultra Charging Information (Lock Screen)

There is no display of "Super fast charging. 95% 13m until full" in my lock screen. 

My current settings are:

Always on Display - off

Show Charging Information - on

When I turn on, Always on Display - charging information shows. But I don't want my phone to be Always on Display.

I already called the Samsung Hotline, they remotely checked and reset my settings but still it does not show. They said that maybe it's the software. 

Current software I have is: N985FXXU1ATJ1 / N985FOXM1ATJ1 / N985FXXU1ATJ1

Security Patch Level: 1 October 2020

If anybody knows why this is happening, please let me know :)

Hi!
Can you check your Display settings? I have kept the 'Show charging information' on and that is how I see the text on my screen while charging

if you are using bixby routine . like choose when you are changing your phone keep my always on display off

Just checked with the service center, they confirmed that it is because of the new software update.
