Samsung spend millions of dollars in useless one ui 7 ads in social media with alot of issues better to hire IT to fixed or costumers compensation

All devices that downloaded the update have been damaged, from the battery to the software. Did Samsung do this on purpose, or is it due to the unprofessionalism of employees who have no connection to it?

After this issues happened and this unprofessional software and no service center or Samsung technical support can help, it's a time to change for new company can respect thier clients 

After the last update and the huge problems that occurred with the phones, technical support does not help at all. They only tell you to send a report and they never contact you. Is it deliberate then??

The new ui7 is crash my phone no pictures and videos supported can't make screenshot and no voice massages can receive and unprofessional support employees, that's very disappointing from Samsung
