New software issues

 After updated the software in s21 the phone can't download , save , screenshots and defined any pictures or videos from any apps, how can i uninstall the new software?

Unfortunately you cant really uninstall it, but what you can do is go to Google and go to A website called SamFW, You can download one ui 6 or below, You can find tutorials on youtube, I tried it it's easy
