Note 20 Ultra Charging Information (Lock Screen)

There is no display of "Super fast charging. 95% 13m until full" in my lock screen. 

My current settings are:

Always on Display - off

Show Charging Information - on

When I turn on, Always on Display - charging information shows. But I don't want my phone to be Always on Display.

I already called the Samsung Hotline, they remotely checked and reset my settings but still it does not show. They said that maybe it's the software. 

Current software I have is: N985FXXU1ATJ1 / N985FOXM1ATJ1 / N985FXXU1ATJ1

Security Patch Level: 1 October 2020

If anybody knows why this is happening, please let me know :)

Hi there, 

You can call the call center and request remote assistance to resolve the issue. Or, bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to change a setting.

Ok, AOD is turned on in your dad's device, and I believe it's set to TAP TO SHOW.

You have to turn on AOD on in your Note 20. If you are not a FAN of AOD, you can set it to TAP TO SHOW.
Then turn on show charging information.

I did this already... But for my dad's phone I don't need to tap to show the charging information. It just stays on the black screen. My phone just recently came from the service center because of the LCD screen, I'm wondering if it has something to do with this. Because before, even the screen is off I can still see the charging information. But now, it's just completely black.

Even when I plug the charger on my phone (while phone is locked), I can only see the circle with the percentage but there is no text at the bottom

Themes can change AOD settings. Try the default theme.
