Note 20 Ultra 5g...

Hi All, very recently I have purchased PREOWNED Note 20 Ultra 5g, Model number is SM-N986U.

I noticed, the Phone restarts itself 4/5 times daily! Why is that and how to overcome of it.

Another surprising thing is I'm not getting any firmware update for this device. Any solution please?

I'm guessing this is a second hand device 🤔 you can check auto optimization under device care if turned on. Also received June 2023 update yesterday. No more major updates for this device now 5.1 was the last

Hi, You're right. It is Pre owned device. I forgot to mention it earlier in the post. I corrected though.

And yes, auto optimize daily was ON, i juat set it off.

Okay, great. For updates to come change the region as device is from Dubai so updates should be seen. Last update was an year ago 😬

Well, I have updated the Region to UAE from bixby country/region. I couldn’t change anything else. Any suggestions please

Can you please say where & when did you purchased the device

I mean is the device is imported or if not is it under warranty

Hello, I bought it from local shop and it is Pre owned device, also it is imported from Dubai i guess. So there is no warranty period.

ভাইজান, আমি বাংলাদেশে থাকি, গত সপ্তাহে আমি দিল্লিতে ছিলাম। সেখানেও চেস্টা করেছি। কিন্তু কাজ হয়নি।

যদি আপনি এখনও দিল্লী তে থাকেন তাহলে nearby service centere এ গিয়ে বলুন, ওরা আপনার software region change করে দেবেন,

আর same কাজ টা আপনি বাংলাদেশের ও যেকোনো service centere এ গিয়ে করাতে পারেন।
