Note 10 plus Camera Quality

I just recently bought Note 10 plus and on using this phone camera is great and all but quality of image got through front cam in low light is terrible.. face becoming over smooth even when beauty is turned off and image is not up to the average quality.. Am im the only one facing this problem or other note 10 plus users face this type of problem?? Do reply

yes same thing is happening with me.
i am unable to understand why.
its cheaper quality front cam pic always.
when i tested on retail version on note 10plus it was very good.
but since purchase i felt that the camera were different in my mobile as compared to the demo they were showing in there showroom
i think its time to.go consumer forum

mate, there are 2 versions of the Note 10 plus, one is demo version and one is production model, samsung produces demo version for Youtubers to review them, demo version note 10 plus camera has high contrast, high saturation, high exposure, lot of smoothness and no sharpness in its camera which can't be fixed via software update also, but in the production version all these things are normal with good sharpness and less smoothness. I got the demo version first and i complaint to the customer care and got replacement to new Note 10 plus. now am happy with Production model note 10 plus.

even I observed the same thing, demo piece camera is much different from production model, no only I asked for replacement and Samsung issued replacement for me free of cost.

Is there any way to check the quality of front camera? when i showed it to sales executive and asked for replacemeny they said its all are alike and no need for replacement.. So i need to prove to them its bad quality .. any suggestions.?

Nope. Unless it's clearly visible difference, It's subjective 99.99% time. If you have lab then you can perform controlled experiments to show difference between the two pieces of the same device... Good luck finding such environment.

you can, compare the demo note 10 plus camera in the Samsung exclusive showroom with your note 10 plus camera thoroughly, if you find any slight difference also you have every right to visit service center and tell about the difference and ask for a replacement. just take the service center guy to that showroom and show the difference. and you say am not satisfied by the mobile, they should replace it provided you should ask for replacement with in 15 days from the date of purchase. after 15 days, you can't ask for replacement but you can replace the camera sensors. just visit the service center and take them to the showroom and show them the difference they should replace the camera sensors
