I am having a pretty weired mic issue on my Note 10+.
When I do a video call the another person hear very low voice but if I do a regular call then there is no issue. I tried to do a video call with headphone also but same result.
I checked mic with Internal hardware test and it shows its fine.
I tried with whatsapp and duo both and also tried calling different person but same result.
When I video called same people with different phone then voice was good.
Does Anyone have this issue? Any solution?
I was not able to contact customer care since I am out of India but will contact them once I come back.
