Issue in Note 9 after one UI version 2.5 update

After One UI 2.5 update my phone's mic is not working only during Incoming calls. After attending the call if I connect and remove my earphones, the mic starts to work in that call. I am facing this issue only during incoming calls.

Can anyone help me to fix this issue?

Please try to Wipe Cache Partition by pressing Volume UP + Power Key while device is turned off ...

I tried it. After rebooting the Mic works. But after 5mins the same issue happens.
Normally once I restart the phone tha mic works well in Incoming calls for only 5mins after restarting and then the mic doesn't work only in incoming calls

Maybe something is wrong with your device software....

You have to Factory Reset your phone once

Since a hardware issue has cropped up please visit SC to fix it or else you will damage your phone
