Note 10 lite Fingerprint and face unlock does not work

Recently purchased galaxy note10 lite.

The Fingerprint  and face unlock are really bad and don't work most of the times

Fingerprint and Face unlock are annoyingly unstable. They rarely work. I reconfigured the fingerprint many times. 

It is so bad i ended up using the PIN code most of the time.

Finger print and facial unlock not working well. Re-registered facial setting many times. Its still not working properly. Samsung cannot even build a facial recognition software properly. Really bad! I have paid 40000 INR for this faulty device. I earlier had Oppo K1 which was just 17,000 INR. Facial recognition and FIngerprint unlock was much better and faster. Samsung can you learn from them?

I have the same issue. Sometimes the phone refuses to unlock. My fingerprint gets blocked an I have to enter the code. I have reset the fingerprint and facial recognition several times. Never had any problems with my note 9. I wish I had repaired it instead of purchasing this buggy **bleep**.

finger print sensor is very inaccurate.
phone does not unlock even after many atempts.

I love my Note 10 lite for tge value it bring to the table...

Rants ahead..

Yet it Feels like i took a step backwards approx 5 years in smartphone tech with this underscreen sensor. 

Whats was so wrong with the sensor at the back of the phone that Sammy had to put in this inferior technology?

Ergonomics wise its also bad (this whole underscreen tech), its not a natural position to unlock the phone.

Really Sammy...  why the herd mentality of ape-ing the competition using sub standard components/software.

Did Samsung acknowledge this issue? The Note 10 fingerprint reader performs worse than that of the Note 4 (which was really bad).

Gave Samsung a Last try..But lost my trust again..fingerprint sensor is so annoying..never buying or suggesting Samsung again..
