Note 10 lite Fingerprint and face unlock does not work

Recently purchased galaxy note10 lite.

The Fingerprint  and face unlock are really bad and don't work most of the times

I bought Samsung Note 10 Lite on December 29, 2020 and before that I was using oneplus 3t one thing is sure Samsung is way behind oneplus technology in face lock and finger sensor technology. Both the sensors are one of the worst I have ever used.

I too purchased galaxy note 10 lite last month.  Finger print works normally. But face unlock does not work most of the times...success rate is  1 out of 5 attempts.  I have a doubt whether the protective glass fixed over the sensor prevents easy  face reading ? any clarification?

What a piece of s**t .. any half priced Chinese phone will do better in almost all functions..  mostly in this fingerprint sensor .. I've tried ALL ideas .. and ALL failed. Samsung senor is bad or it's AI...

Finger print and facial recognition the worst. Moreover one more screen comes telling that my phone is having accidental screen protection. Really fed up of using Samsung note 10 lite I still repent the decision of buying this phone
