Note 10 lite Fingerprint and face unlock does not work

Recently purchased galaxy note10 lite.

The Fingerprint  and face unlock are really bad and don't work most of the times

Any one have tried with removing screen guard which come with phone? Really bad... Also camera is not up to the mark.

Worked it out so as far as me and my partner can work out the fingerprint will only work properly if you have aod (always on display) is on but if you have that feature turned off it will not work at all even if screen  awake on lock screen

I am facing the same problem, I think I wasted 40000. cheap Chinese phones sensors work lightening fast samung face recognition and fingerprint sensor **bleep**

Just bought a Samsung Note 10 Lite, and I am already frustrated with Face Recognition and Fingerprint sensor.... I was using OnePlus 6t and it was working so well with face recognition.... Request to samsung to do something quickly as its so inconvenient to have such a bad situation with the face recognition..... Plz help

finger print sensor doesn't work when location changes

I have improved a lot the fingerprint accuracy registering my fingerprint with a light touch and avoiding to change too much of the area that is registered. In other words, I do not press my finger too hard and register the same area of the finger all the time.

Go into setting, search optimization battery usage and search from com.samsung (biometric). turn it off. you are done.
