No android 10 update

I'm using samsung Galaxy Note 8 past 2 years but no android 10 version. Day to day I'm talking to the Samsung agents but no one tell the update information.please Samsung give the update and android 11 also coming but we are using 9 only😔

The devices wihich were launched with Android 9 or 10 will get Android 11, be it cheap or costly.

note 8 already completed 2 OS updates. so it won't receive any OS updates. even note 9 also won't get android 11 I think.
