Getting frustrating because of samsung service i have been waiting for the update still.i didn't get the update and date also don't know.

I'm using samsung Galaxy Note 8 past 2 years but no android 10 version. Day to day I'm talking to the Samsung agents but no one tell the update information.please Samsung give the update and android 11 also coming but we are using 9 only
