too bad. Samsung just because you guys decided to end note series does not mean we cannot even get basic security updates such as this boot-loop issue and those montly updates we receive of security patch are not from you guys those are from the official android security update mainline so that doesn't **bleep** count. and bear in mind this issue has been having since android-10 update. seriously nothing is bricked in device, and it just randomly starts rebooting. as per of your service center suggestion, those are dead, they didn't even bothered to take a look at phone as tells to buy new one. this kind of customer service and you guys said to give 4-5 year of android updates, really you can't even deliever this android-10 update without issue. for the **bleep** sake of God there have been 3 major android update after that android 10 update and that android 10 update was first update of of 4 major update you delievered to promise but turns out you guys just wants to tell and show your customers how you guys **bleep** at delivering updates. and for those who just came to find the solution for this issue this is my 15th time factory resetting this note 10 + so no those **bleep** Samsung never really paid attention to note series after merging with s series because they just wanted more profit and s series was expensive but didn't profit much but instead Note series did profit so they decided to merge note series with s series becuase they wanted to make money from those note series users and killed off note series so they have no other option than to turn to s series. you guys are **bleep** money greedy.
