Note 20 Ultra - poor quality Motherboard Failure issue

My Samsung Note 20 Ultra (purchased from Saraf DG ,Dubai before around 1.5 year) and I was using the same in India. Suddenly started freezing and then went to indefinite boot loop (gets stuck at Samsung logo). Visited a Samsung Authorised Service centre who advised Mother Board failire (why so poor quality on such premium flagship device?). On top of it, they said that since the device was purchased from outside India, and so they are not capable/cannot provide service and advised me to go to Dubai and get it repaired there..heights!
