Thank you for sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that some time it happens that when you are on call, you cannot access internet especially with 2G or 3G. Once kindly check with 4G connectivity with your device.

On my Samsung galaxy s7 edge whenever a call arrives the data automatically gets shut down completely Web pages displays "No. NET connection Found

Earlier I've used nexus 6 nexus 4 iphone 6s they all didn't had a problem like this

I've installed TrueCaller on my phone to check who's the unknown person calling me but due to internet connection getting off when call arrives


And its not sometine its every time and only on my Samsung galaxy s7 edge
