On 3rd of may I was using my device than I show that my device is power off after performing power on processes on my device it was restarting frequently then after 7-8 restart my device was now stable but no sound was coming from it. I was just thinking that SAMSUNG is a great company but why this much of hang to my device. I am expecting that in next update of note 5 will bring out this type bug fixes.......I was not just writing. I am complaining to SAMSUNG company to fix this type of bugs. Even now only my keyboard is lagging when I am double tapping my capselock botton it is lagging..........

Now I am afraid after reading lagging complaints from S7/edge, Note 5 users after nougat, mostly their phone has shown problems after 1 month of nougat update, my phone is S6 which got nougat In April 19, so far everything is working fine But I am afraid it will happen with my phone too after a month of use

No issues whatsoever till now on My Note5...it's buttery smooth...no lag, no heating, no battery drain...nothing at all...

Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your concern. Let me recommend some steps to further isolate and determine what you are experiencing. Please be aware that device speeds may vary based on multiple outside factors. It appears that there may be a third party app or other program that may be leading to what you are experiencing. Placing your device in safe mode disables all third party apps upon startup, to help determine if the use of a third party app is interfering with your device .restart your phone in safe mode. While your phone is powered off, press the power button to turn on the phone, once you see the Samsung logo appear press the volume down key and hold it until you have completely booted up. Also, the relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
