Phone lags while trying to make a call

• I'm using galaxy note 10 plus, where there is a huge delay when I'm pressing on call button, but the same will happen normally if I long press the call button. 

• This seems to be happening from latest security patch update. 
• Tried all clear cache and clear data for phone app
• Storage used is just 24%.

Any help to fix this issue is appreciated.

Common issue on Exynos based Samsung phones. Try clearing cache partition by connecting to a pc.

Try restarting the device, it might help a bit.
