Hello, can you send some screenshots from Settings? What Android version you are? Are you rooted or custom rom installed? (It will remove software update page)

I want the information of the software installed and why software is preventing the update. I need number model, country where phone were manufactured, is it rooted and, that's it. App is safe, won't collect any data and it's created only for Samsung devices.

(I don't want to see your SN or IMEI, I am not hacker to collect your data😅)

Kindly check about phone option it might be there or try resetting the phone as it might be a software bug.
