Manufacturing defect

I received my Note 20 ultra few days ago I made my peace with the phone having the exynos 990 and below average battery life, but never expected build quality issues, I found two issues with the camera housing the first being a scratch or dust near the telephoto sensor and the sensor itself being misaligned, this is really disappointing for a phone to have such issues at this price point

i also received the same defective phone so i just went to the service center and received a replacement phone but my badluck facing the same issue with the replacement unit also. its a manufacturing defect because almost 200 customers from South Korea returned their phones on day 1 itself the next day i heard the news from USA and the news was around 20 and 21 august and Indians got their devices on 25 august if you want to know the issue just google "note 20 ultra dust in camera" and you'll get the articles all over it

i urge all people who purchased this phone please check your camera setup as soon as possible so they can also opt for replacement unit

That's not the only issue, after speaking with 10 different people from 5 different departments and waiting for more than a week they sent a replacement phone but the replacement device has issues with the screen, I don't think there's any quality control at the factory
