Jio True 5G not working in Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G

I have a samsung note 20 ultra 5G mobile 

But jio true 5g not supported in my 5G Device 

Why this problem ???

Same here with my S22 Ultra, even I am already using Airtel 5g and already recieved Dec. patches.. Don't know what's wrong with jio

No idea, samsung CS literally don't have any clues. We have to just w8, or else enjoy AirTel-5G

Why Samaung is taking so long to update software for standalone? All Chinese brands have already done it during 5g launch itself

Yeah my other one plus phone got the 5g speed for jio. Note 20 ultra is lagging in software update.
