Jio True 5G not working in Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G

I have a samsung note 20 ultra 5G mobile 

But jio true 5g not supported in my 5G Device 

Why this problem ???

I am using samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5g. Airtel 5G Best is working fine on my phone. But Jio 5G is not working on it. Jio replyng notification that my handset is not 5G I want to know what is the matter If so, please refund my money
