Yes, it is. I think it would be a worthy upgrade and congratulations for using your flagship for this long. That's how a flagship should be used.

Nb: yes, you will miss features like sd card slot and 3.5 mm jack but those features are not coming back to flagships, unfortunately. Or you should get a Sony, if you want 3.5mm, sd card etc.

To be honest if you can wait for s24 would be great as for s23 ultra the camera is still not much optimized and required some good amount of work....

The good thing for upgrading is battery life and processor. Snap gen 2 proved himself as best flagship processor.

Yes, like Note 10 Plus was the real Flagship of its time. So, I am not sure if S23 Ultra is also a Flagship in REAL sense or is it just a high-end available product in the market currently... I prefer Flagship device in Real term...
