I am using Galaxy Note 20 .. I dont know whether its 5g phone !! ??

Note 20 is not 5G. only note 20 ultra 5G. or u can see the box whether it's mentioned as 5G.

Based on the reply by the samsung executive, you can even return the phone of the phone doesn't support 5G.

they are clearly saying that Your phone is 5g but your sim is not but if you insert a 5g sim it will show 5g option but right now there is no 5g network in India

Even if it was a 5G device you won't get 5G in India as it hasn't released yet..

in simple words there is no 5G network carrier i.e. your sim card(airtel,jio vodafone) in India present till this date

if your handset has a 5g modem present inside it then possibly you can get 5G access by software update when 5g will launch in India 🇮🇳 😀
