i am using note 5 and the headphone i received with my phone has gone faulty now . i went to replace it to the samsung service center and they told me that they need to update the software of my phone and also need to open my phone display in order to check the headphone, i found it unacceptable since my headphone doesn't work with any other device and its clearly a fault with the headphone . I have no clue why you need to make it so complicated in order to give a replacement. its beyond any joke .

headphones is not bass akg this is normal headphone
