Fastcharging and usb c type headphone issue

My note 10 plus only charging on cable charging instead of fastcharging and it takes 2.33hr to full charge, and my headphone doesnot working in my phone,my charger and headphone are still working in another samsung device, why this happen? How to solve this issue

Bro, visit to nearest Samsung Service center they will inspect your device & charger and solve your problem.

Yes I visited service center but due to corona we had to take token on online and there is no avaliable slots these days totally fed up

its have been two days fast charging and my head phone is working normally,with out doing anything its automatically solved But i dont know at what time it changes
