Haven't received Android 11 update for Note 10 Plus

Need help! I have a Note 10plus and it haven't got android 11 update yet and i think i got my last update mid last year or something ever since nothing yet also i see people are getting there note 10 plus android 11 update it's just me who's not getting the update it feels.

Visit a service center, they will update the device for you (take a backup of your data before you go).

We're experiencing Lockdown here and going out in times as such can really be unsafe.. Is there any way of doing this online?

Try to check via Smart Switch PC, and if an update is available, update from there. If you don't know how to do it, here is a tutorial:

Well then, this is an issue with your device. There is no other way than visiting service center. Visit after lockdown, they will help you.
