my note 20 ultra is working on 4.1 oneui android 12, yet to receive android 13

Google play system update is of feb 2023 but still i didn't got oneui 13 update.

Its showing current software is upto date.

Do update manually
As you are not bought said device from India
You will not get said update by Ota update

Try updating it via Smart Switch PC app.
Or you can get it done at nearby service center.
