It's the same issue for all Note 20 users as almost all of them haven't received OTA updates for the same at least in India. However, you can still update your device to Android 13 through Samsung's Smart Switch app just connect your device to your PC/Laptop with a genuine Samsung cable and you'll find the update there in the Smart Switch app. Make sure to get a backup of your device in case of any issue occurs.

I think they are stopping the updates for note 20 deliberately as they want people to switch to their latest S series phones....which is a **bleep** tactic cuz this ruins the brand's image and value
