Green line on screen

Suddenly while using phone green line appers on my screen from top to bottom. I really hate samsung now. I have note 20 ultra.

Screen material are using bad or what, i have samsung 4k tv i need to replace screen as we have faced screen problem within a few months of purchase.

What the hell.

I need solution for my note 20 ultra green line on screen without any cost.

If i not i have to sue samsung as many other users are getting same problem without any phone fall or damge, we are not fool, all are saying we faced same problem after update and yes recently i too updated my phone.

Check on it or ready for the file.

After doing every process, I received message from samsung.

It is normal that if I have used mobile for more then 2 years there may be minor scratches on side aluminium panel and due to that they refused to check also and stated screen issues is there and due to physical damage which was just a scratch which is small then a baby ant, they rejected,


So finally what is the problem samsung phone have that while using green line appears on the screen and phone not completed 3 years also yet!!!!


I can say but I phone having a tremendous hard build quality look and gives you attitude that you have something pricey thing in hand instead of buying a samsung phones more then 50000 rupees.



I have wasted my 100000 In note 20 ultra so suggestion is just skip samsung phones as quality of samsung indian phones are worst very bad and very sad to say good bye samsung

Received call from samsung care and they forwarded to other department called Handler received call from handler today she stated we will call you on Monday after connecting with samsung service center technician were I had a visit before.


Now let's see what samsung do and how much the customers are important to them!!!!

Today right now samsung provided me update today, I don't know what was the reason or what thing they need to change in it, but let see I updated nothing solved but what was changed they knows better,

This was first time I got an update twice in one month I updated 1st on 8th June 23 and today again new update came and I updated 24 June 23

Received a call from Samsung customer care saying me to pay 50 % which is more then 11000 for green line which appeared on samsung note 20 ultra 🤔 🤨😠

Samsung will not reply of your email also if you are in problem.

Today again new green line added on my Note 20 ultra 😡 now i have 3 beautiful green lines, samsung we really hate you 😑 Don't worry we have many options one day you will miss INDIA like Nokia do🥰😍 @samsung #samsung
