Suddenly while using phone green line appers on my screen from top to bottom. I really hate samsung now. I have note 20 ultra.


Screen material are using bad or what, i have samsung 4k tv i need to replace screen as we have faced screen problem within a few months of purchase.


What the hell.


I need solution for my note 20 ultra green line on screen without any cost.


If i not i have to sue samsung as many other users are getting same problem without any phone fall or damge, we are not fool, all are saying we faced same problem after update and yes recently i too updated my phone.


Check on it or ready for the file.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Please check your device in safe mode.
Step 1: To enter into Safe mode:
Power off the device>Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device>>When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.

Note: If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.

To exit the safe mode, restart the device.

Step 2: Check for Software Updates using the steps:
Settings >> Software update >> Download and install>>Check for software
update >> If Software update available>>Download>>Downloading updates>>Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

Step 3: Please reset all device settings using the steps:
Apps>settings> general management>reset all settings( Delete just settings) / Factory reset( Delete complete files, apps etc)

Kindly create a data backup of your device via the smart switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during the initial setup.

If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) the google account.
For this; Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin)>>Select forgot password>>Select "try another way" like mobile number, security question, etc.>>Select Next.

If your issue will be not resolved after performing the steps, kindly visit our service center for the physical inspection of the device. Please click on the link mentioned below to get a nearby service center to your Pincode: http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation/

Tried each and everything now i want real solution!!!! due to rath yatra i was unable to reach store but i will go tomorrow for sure.

I am not going to pay a single money because it is a glitch which new software have and affected my screen in a single second infront of my eyes!!!

YOU KNOW WE ALL 5 MEMBERS IN MY FAMILY USING SAMSUNG PHONES AND WE USE TV OF SAMSUNG AS WELL BUT IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT GOING TO SOLVE THEN WE REALLY LOOSE OUR TRUST AND IF WE LOOSE TRUST ITS EASY TO MAKE OTHERS BELIEVE THAT WHAT SAMSUNG IS DOING NOW A DAYS. BUT IF I GET SCREEN REPLACED OR WHATEVER THE PROBLEM IS WILL BE SOLVED WITHOUT ANY COST THEN I'LL THINK ABOUT IT BECAUSE THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM WHICH WAS CREATED BY ME.

ALL ARE TALKING ABOUT SAME GREEN LINE YOU NEED TO LOOK INTO IT IF SAMSUNG FLAGSHIP PHONE DOES NOT LAST 3 YEARS ALSO THEN REALLY WORST WAY YOU GOING AND LOOSING YOUR COUSTOMERS.

1. Download an app - National consumer helpline app. Link below https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mount.talent.mtcdev02.udaan
2. Write proper grievance, register ur grievance
3. Attach bill and product photo
4. Fill out the registration form
5. Explain the concern when u receive call from them most probably within 3 days
6. Follow what they say, but never pay any money they demand because it’s the company’s fault
7. Keep finding strong points to argue with them bcoz they have best team to ignore ur issue in the smoothest way
