Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. You are 100% correct. Buying Samsung phone is purely wastage of your hard earned money. If you visit Samsung service centres, you will find untrained & novice staff there who can't solve your problem. Except reload software on your device.
I complained everywhere finally I got a call from some ashutosh CEO desk and he was trying his best to not support the customer and even I complained to the jaago Grahak jaago website total waste the samsung customer support was simply saying filhaal support nai kar payenge sir.. even after getting my device checked from the service center for no physical damage. Complete waste pathetic company better buy a oneplus phone or any other chinese they atleast accept their mistake and support the customers.
