Get Switched off when battery at 35%

My note 9 get switched off when battery reaches at 35% and if I tried to restart mobile battery shows 0% not able to restart mobile. Without charging. 
 So please tell how to rectify this. And anyone else facing this issue in Samsung note 9

The only fix: go to authorised samsung service center by requesting service through samsung members app get help section and Book an appointment for yourself. They will fix this.

I had same issue with my S9+. Battery would drain rapidly when it reaches 35% and then the phone switches off.

There is nothing to worry about, its just a software issue. When this happened, I kept my device powered off and let it to charge upto 85% without turning on. That fixed it for me

If it doesn't fix, wait for next security patch update. Then do the same process of switched off charging, it will fix it.

Let me know if it worked. Initially it didnt work, June security patch + power off charging fixed it for me.

Bro don't ware this is not a problem it's a glitch caused by some reasons this thing is fix easily by using a new data cable I am saying this on my personal experience
