still stuck at October security patch. has anyone received the November & December security patches respectively? other regions have received it but not in Bangladesh.

I just received the December 2020 system update  for my Galaxy Note 10 lite this morning (Dec 19, 2020) at around 5am. My girlfriend has the same phone but didn't get the update.
