Why Samsung is being a Hypocrite?

As we all know we are treated like 3rd class users holding these poor Exynos powered phones.


But icing on the cake How many of you know that they (Samsung ) are doing partiality in Software too?

Lemme give you some examples-

1. Samsung TV+- 
Thats a free service available for a lot of countries but not for us Indian users (Please don't come up with bro this is not available in Pakistan or North Korea or some place else because I don't care). Why so? Why they think we cant enjoy free TV on our phones? 

 
2. Galaxy Labs -
This app is a set of tools to manage your phone, Like keeping eye on battery health, Recovering your deleted data from your phone and App optimisation.
So do you guys things Our data or phones aren't Important? This is totally ridiculous not allowing users to be same atleast on software front.

3. AR Zone (Deco)-
How many of you remember a couple of months ago they removed a lot of AR features from "Specific Countries", And guess what India is one of them.
Now can you tell me why the hexkk will anyone do that?

4. Software Updates-
As we all know how much Samsung India **bleep** when this is about timely updates.
I am saying this with my experiences on S20+ when the whole world have received atleast 4 bugfixing and heating issue updates in India there was none.
Why ? Don't you guys have Country Specific teams to work on updates? Then why there is sometimes even One month Difference in update delivery compared to rest of the world?

5. Spam of This Members app- 
How you so called Management can be so stupid that you cant even give a professional experience on this app? 
Why you cant even get rid of Spam even in months but you are active 24x7 when it's about Bannig users and removing their posts?
How cans someone be so careless and naive and still call themselves "Manager"?
Have you ever seen these kind of **bleep** things happening on any community app anywhere in this world? So why you are so helpless to take control of things happening here?


And seriously I can't even think who the hell suggest the management these kind of idiotic things and Hail the management who applies these recommendation without baiting an eye.

Why no one raises voice and even when someone do they act like They can't see or hear anything.

Till when we users have to deal with this stupidity of yours?

1. For Samsung TV+ to work in India Samsung has to take copyright for each channel provided. Request is usually declined. Thats why we don't have HBO now, hulu, or any channel streaming latest anime. Even Jio and airtel have an ongoing war for channel copyrights. Blame greedy channel owners on this. One service can't provide all channels so samsung, a new player in the market might decide to cancel it altogether.

2. I have no idea why they would skip this feature. I want this too.

4. Its not a Samsung thing. Since Samsung like many other companies such as OnePlus has large userbase relative to other countries, stable updates are pushed on a later date so as to avoid pushing buggy software to a bigger userbase. I used to get updates 2-4 weeks later on OnePlus too. Sometimes I don't even got any update for months because a major bug was found in phase 1 and update was pulled off. This a very common practice for many companies and India will be always getting updates in "3rd phase". 1st and 2nd phase is smaller countries like Korea or other european countries. Majority take it as negative I take it as positive since we rarely get very buggy stable updates.

5. Spamming is an issue in this app I agree.

Bro come on I am using Samsung for like 8 years now and I know late doesn't mean "Less buggy" update with Samsung.. Ask users and u will see .. and as a customer idc na how samsung will get licence or something for their service, if they want to they can do Everything they wanna I am sure about that,

To clarify my update point - Do you know how many Note9 users are suffering from a software update which caused their screen malfunction and how much time it's beeen ?
Do you know how many m31 softbricked cus of a "Late update" from Samsung?

Chk my profile for what they did with S20 series in India.

M series is India only I think due to chinese competition. And software bugs do pass on even with this delayed update process. When I got Pie update on my OP3 mobile data was not working at all, I had to clean install Android 8 to roll back. Older phones are difficult to update because of stacking of legacy code. Not an excuse for releasing phone breaking updates but people who whine when their phone software breaks are the one bitching about "software update when, plz give it asap". I was a long time Mi/OP user. Before I got this S20+ i had ace duo before 2010 i think. And so far I am not facing any heating, performance, battery issues or found bugs even on OneUI 3. Still gives me 7hr sot on 120hz.

Not talking about you. I was generalizing this issue. Either you get stable updates or very fast updates. Theres no in between tbh. OnePlus is a prime example. Their OnePlus 8 series android 11 update is a disaster for 2 months. Bugs over bugs over bugs on every hotfix. Although I agree samsung should quality control software a little better on older phones like Note 9.

Bro it seems you are heavy user.
Try not using your mobile for sometime. I have got 7 hours SOT on my A71 and now I get 3 hours SOT. But in both case battery lasts only 1 day.
UI 2.5 have battery drain and navigation gesture glitches.
I wish I hadn't updated to UI 2.5. UI 2.1 was far better.

I am a heavy user. I work as software developer so use this phone extensively for meetings, emails and call all day since we work from home now.

Getting copyright is not only matter of money because competitors are Jio and Airtel. Star franchise don't give copyright for star channels bcz they have hotstar. No matter how much money u give they will not budge. Sony rights are with Jio and they have paid hundreds of crores for this. Same with Z and airtel. Paying hundreds of crores for outpaying jio or airtel is a bad business decision. In other countries like in NA channel providers just take a liscensing fee to feature their channel. No copyright. Very easier procedure if you ask me.
