Galaxy Note 8- Any Update on Fix? Please Share!!!

Friends, does anyone got the fix for recent July update glitch by Samsung? Or any update from Samsung? I tried all ways to reset the phone- but the issue is persistent. Also, no proper response from Samsung yet. If you got any solution, news or fix- please share here for everyone. Thank you.

Many of Samsung Note 8 user's facing different issue's after software update soon Samsung will solve this problem it is their company reputation matter

I went to service center today afternoon and updated center guy that fix has been rolled out. He was not aware of it. He downloaded the fix and we both together applied the patch. All issues are resolved now. Please note that the fix will delete all your data. So, please do a back up. The fix was done for free. I could have done it at home, but didn't had stable Internet connection to download 4.5GB file. Thanks Samsung and everyone who supported with updates, knowledge and steps in this community.

same happened with me as well and i dont think samsung is in mood of getting it fixed quickly plus they should fire those people who are responsible for making such update. very disappointed.

I hope for a quick OTA resolution bro. Really do not want to visit any service center and stand in queue in this pandemic. Totally impacted my productivity at work today.

i hope we would be able to update it using odin as i dont want to visit service centre during this pandamic and if by any chance samsung forces us to visit service centre to got their mess fixed then shame on them !!

I agree with you Navneet. They should give OTA update only as via ODIN many members will not be able to update.

I read in US forum that via ODIN also it is not working. Got any update?

My Note 8 got updated today morning with July security update and I have not faced any issue. It may not be related, but I wonder if this issue occurs with people who did not Factory Reset their phone at least once after Oreo to Pie upgrade.
Maybe try Factory Reset now (after taking backup) ?

they have rolled out a new update for july patch that is bug free...
rest who have updated with the flawed update can either use odin after downloading update from sammobile.com or can download it from samsung members notice.

After may 2021 security update my note 8 is dead and keep on restarting like bootloop not getting home screen. is there any new bug free update/patch?
