Samsung is giving free screen replacement for this issue, please visit nearby service center to check if your device is eligible for the same.

I have Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, few months back Green & Pink Lines appeared after software update. My phone has zero damages and working 100% fine. My phone is out of guarantee so the customer care is asking for 24000/- for screen replacement. How pathetic is that. Plz help me Samsung. I purchased such an expensive phone but your company doesn't seem trustworthy atall. Can anyone help me with a resolution?

Send a mail to Samsung ceo. As per my knowledge after few days you will get free replacement when more units get affected. Until that you keep on trying in all the service centre. As of now only s20 series are getting free screen replacement.
