Front camera screen flash light in Galaxy Note 5

Why there is no Front camera screen flash light in Galaxy Note 5 in Nougat's Camera App..?
Every other Galaxy has such feature.. even J2 2016 has it .. why it's not there in Galaxy Note 5 even in Nougat?
