Samsung done no help on warranty extend , no rey of email , this make me final to complain in court , also they broke my glass of back side during battery change
after phase one court will ooen i ll get my compensation foe full amount and get refund afterwards and buy 5 redmi phone instead of one s10 plus , shamefull fraud samsung
but why service center did that ..here in my area the service center is very helpful and polite ..they listen to every customer..even they replaced my device 2 times...first case against that service center of your area
my area service centre is indias top 5 rank, but now they broke my glass during wrt test, in lockdown and they are showing that they are doing favor on me , due to this service centre i regularly bought flagship phones of samsung but samsung policy is nkt secure not good now, why we would submit phone for changine data cable without password this is service no this is totally unsecure
