why samsung need phone to submit without password in service centre for 7 days or more till earphone/datacable/charger etc not in stock n have to wait till arrive ?? is this a scam?
Samsung done no help on warranty extend , no rey of email , this make me final to complain in court , also they broke my glass of back side during battery change
